ReplyDeleteSuch refreshing and relaxing poems. I liked how you compared the tulips to ice cream pops in the second haiku. The first one is nice too - I imagined colorless tulips being splashed with morning paint.

...my son has just gone through one.. no TWO boxes of Edy's Fruit Bars (no sugar added (sweetened with Splenda... wonderful!) and antioxidant "All Natural" (with lots of corn syrup) in one day ... and the colors DO look like those tulips...

I've always thought of tulips as true spring flowers, but I guess many places they are summer's harbingers :)
