Doubts

doubts are like blue dust
covering your skin and face,
dead gold fish on bowl

~0~0

dust off the doubts in
your mind, your words will sparkle,
even at the dark

~0~0

seeds of doubt
wrapping  fingers, hands,
blank pages

  1. Love the simile in the first line and the beautiful way the first haiku runs with it. Then the second haiku turns the noun "dust" into an action!

  3. Sometimes one must just shut off their mind and jump in. Doubts are nothing but a crutch most times.

  11. Doubt is so ingrained ... it takes so little to create it and so much to erase it. And based on the idea that ego is only 1% of our mind --- that is giving up tremendous power -- yet we too often fall in its trap!! Nicely done, Grace!!

  13. Concise and tight...just the way truth should be. Heaven, the imagery employed here can only be described as finesse.
