Love this one Grace.
Grace--wonderful! Really like all in the set--choice images include--bridge of salt, and the warm teapot, the sun amidst rain...so, basically everything rocks (including the photo).
ReplyDeleteGrace ~ awesome photo (looks a bit like home ~ MA) ~ like the words 'wafting across the sea' ~ lovely haiku ~~ thanks, ^_^ (A Creative Harbor)

ReplyDelete3 wonderful haiku of support....each different and the same.....love the photo - making those towers is fun
ReplyDeleteSuch pillars hold life together most times too.
ReplyDeleteGreat haiku, Grace! Like the second. There's always a helping hand against all odds when one is down!
ReplyDeleteHank
Lovely! Really enjoyed the mood you create in these so I waft these warm words across the sea to you!
ReplyDeletei def like the last one the best...the warm word,,,pairing with comforts like tea....cool verse grace...
ReplyDeleteThe first one reminds of the legend of Lord Rama in Indian mythology... an army of monkey soldiers is said to have built a bridge connecting Sri Lanka and India :)
ReplyDeleteAnd the last makes me think of a friendly call amidst a sea of hopelessness.
Vivid haiku, Grace.
When I see "pillar" in conjunction with "salt," I can't help but think of Lot's wife.
ReplyDeleteHow Did This Happen?
So beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWow.. the second one is too good! loved it Grace! :)

when I read first and second, felt we were in the same boat, hi-five for all three :)
ReplyDeleteThree nice ones, but the last one is my favourite. For the English, who whenever danger or disaster threatens the only possible solution is to make a pot of tea!
ReplyDeleteLove the picture, and the haiku..its sweet :)
ReplyDeleteLovely thoughts, indeed!
ReplyDeleteLike your "bridges" - including what you did with helping hands and kind words.
