The first one produces a really beautiful image in the mind to great effect. Candles... yes it's lights out when there's a lightning storm, on another level I imagine a loud one upsetting candles placed about a house.
You captured the scene most vividly in the first haiku to the picture. We could feel the 'lighted candles' falling from the veined hands. Nicely Grace!
That was amazing. I loved the first haiku.. there is a light in the darkness and darkness in the light - that's what I could think reading them! Amazing! :)
Really like the imagery in "white veined hands" tearing the sky. Beautifully put and perfectly described. :)
