a Zen moment

i inhale
slow gathering of green and red blooms,
rising sun

~0~0~

i exhale
choking shadows and grey clouds,
 empty bird cage

~0~0~

i cluster
all the decaying golden leaves,
seeded poems

  4. It is all about this, isn't it. Taking in deep, clear breath and trying to exhale all the inner chaos to find the stillness.

  29. Hello Grace,

i donot know much about poetry....but what is beautiful absorbs me,
And you write with tremendous amount of it.

i love the choice of words, the images expressed in your works, its bountiful gifts penetrates my spirit very swiftly before it drops
into the slow places and vallies within me.

    thankyou!

  30. I did this ... breath in and out, Nature. Walked all day in the Blue Ridge Parkway. Fallen leaves, fresh air, the woods, river and waterfall... felt the sun, the cool shadows... Ahhh.. This poem brings it all back :)
