"Everyday in every way I’m getting better and better" - Emile Coue
Lovely layers of colourful characters - seemingly representing the 3 stages of humanity - or perhaps the 3 sages?
My haiku are sometimes not related to each other except for the theme~Thanks for the comment and visit Gemma ~
Love the characters--and the flavors--in this. Very nicely done!
Lovely and interesting at the same time describes how at different ages are feelings and wisdom :)
different approach and interpretation of one's wisdom..nicely done Ms.Grace..visiting you ;)
Thanks ~ I think wisdom is relative and different to people ~
smiles...i will take fruit over chocolate any day...smiles....i think the different characters thet you bring out though...the vendor in particular...
The fruit ways are the best, except I'll still take chicken.
a beautiful, colorful vision of a healthy diet.....I picture an outdoor fruit market....and, yes, eating watermelon makes me feel like a kid, too - its so messy! Enjoyed photo, too
I really enjoyed the flow of this and that last line especially "clear river" very contemplative!
Lovely scenes in my mind, as I read!
Anyone else snack on summer fruit besides health gurus? :)
I like the three different faces of wisdom in ordinary people's lives:))
This poem makes me hungry for some fruits, right now. :)
I was wondering if it meant the same thing that I understood, well written!, it really gave food for thoughts!
Fruity it is!!!
Beautiful set..3 examples on wisdom....and the picture is tempting..:D
I like how you described wisdom without really using the word wisdom itself in your haiku set. Well done :)
three different images and yummy indeed...http://chaigaramchai.blogspot.in/2012/06/wisdom-haiku-june-18-2012.html

A nice set of haiku/senryu, Grace. Your "Fruity Summer" title ties them together for me. A "Long Hot Summer" comes to mind, the song by Keith Urban. But I don't know why.http://jimmiehov6.blogspot.com/2012/06/one-single-impression-waiting.html..
